Good stay, very clean and...

Liked: We got the smallest room available and it was good for us, very clean but the bathroom was very tight and large people might have a problem with that. We were happy and my husband appreciated the yoga mat.

Liked: I was able to get in my room before 3.I had a room on the second floor facing the street.Staff was helpful and informative.The room was clean and fresh.Location withing walking distance to Broadway and Grand Central Station.I felt safe walking around the streets at night.
Disliked: They did not answer my email when the site says just email us your concerns.There was no magnifying mirror in the bathroom.No fresh lemon water in the lobby for the weekend like it is during the week.No microwave.No real soap for bathing just showering.

Excellent experience!

Liked: The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and extremely helpful in providing recommendations and advice during our stay. Also, the within hotel services were excellent. The hotel's location is also excellent, a couple of blocks from Grand Central and the subway. Very near Broadway, Empire State building and Macy's!
Disliked: Our experience was excellent in all respects.

Not the best really. I...

Liked: Just the Location…Plus…The young man at the hotel lobby entrance who helped with my luggage on the day of my departure.
Disliked: No coffee maker in room as advertised. Very tiny room with old, creaking floors. No restaurant. Reception staff quite unpleasant. Staff pounding on your door despite the ‘do not disturb’ sign …Talking at the top of their voices in the corridors.

Liked: Most of the staff and the location was great
Disliked: We were given an accessible room in the back on the second floor and were told during check in that we can't change because all others were booked. We understood why they decided to tell us that when we got in the room and realized it was right next to the AC systems probably just outside our window. You couldn't see it because of the tainted windows that didn't open, but you could hear.

Definitely recommend.

Liked: Very friendly staff. Very clean rooms. We had been upgraded because our stay was for a week. Great location right outside grand central station.
Disliked: Nothing
