Liked: Excellent breakfast. Good location. Reception staff helpful.
Disliked: For an executive room rainfall shower only let out a trickle of water.

Lovely comfortable stay

Liked: Beautiful hotel with lovely staff, located right on the sea front and within walking distance to shops. Lovely spacious & comfortable rooms had a great view of the sea and the golf course. Pool & spa amenities were great.

Beautiful old hotel with modern...

Liked: Well decorated room with seaview. Really nice bar area and the champagne bar was amazing with superb cocktails. James the barman was really friendly.My mum needed an accessible room and this wasnt an issue
Disliked: American gentleman on reception was rude!

Liked: Quality accommodation, free parking, lovely coastal location, spa and pool included in the room price with option for breakfast to include as well
Disliked: Nothing to dislike, it is great value for money

Liked: Very impressive bedroom and bathrooms with great walk in showers. Look like they have been renovated recently. A good job ✔️
Disliked: Couldn’t really fault property in a great location and surrounded by pretty manicured gardens. Only one thing would have liked to have hot chocolate at breakfast, one of the guests didn’t drink tea or coffee so would have been nice.

Liked: Not much!!Checked out after the first night of a 2 night stay
Disliked: It said 2 restaurants, there is 1, and it’s the same as where you have breakfast! No outlook! Basic breakfast! Not an inspiring start to your day! The bed was squidgy and I moved everytime my husband moved, it was like a water bed it was so soft.The shower valve was stuck so the shower was absolutely boiling, if I’d had a little one you could never have used it!It was burning me as an adult,The sink tap pressure, flew the water over the sink edge.The air conditioning unit dripped on my husbands jeans by the morning they were all wet!The net curtains were stuck closed so could not slide them open on a sea view room-we had to use the chairs from dressing table to use to drape back the curtains. Utterly ridiculous at a seafront hotel! Who even has net curtains these days!The spa, if you can call it that is dingy and horrible-felt more like the staff quarters.The pool doesn’t reflect the photos well nor did the room reflect any one of the photos shown on here!
