Disliked: The toilet in our bathroom overflowed and leaked twice during our stay. This was an unpleasant experience

Enjoyable and cosy stay at...

Liked: We did not eat breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment. Our room was in a quiet corner and to our liking. Hotel suite was conveniently located in the centre of Copenhagen.
Disliked: Your housekeeping staff used their key to enter our room twice when we were inside without seeking permission. Fortunately this stopped after I hanged the "Privacy" tag on the room door.
