Disliked: The elevators and parking are insufficient. And the Washroom smelled disgusting.

Liked: Breakfast selection and quality was excellent. Complimentary coffee/tea and drinks from the minibar. Although there is a busy road in front of the hotel, there is not much you can hear of it in the room. It was easy to get there by train.
Disliked: It was not possible to check out the night before to avoid long queues on the day of departure. Not much space for clothes. The TV remote control needed extra cleaning.

Fantastic hotel

Liked: Wonderfully comfortable hotel, with a fantastic service ethos and breakfast/Dinner on offer
Disliked: Gym is very small with limited equipment

Liked: Bar on the 11th floor was lovely. Staff very pleasant.
Disliked: Pillows too soft for my liking. Needed extra ones
