Great Hotel Enjoyed my stay

Liked: I loved sitting on the Balcony watching the German people. The rooms are lovely, clean, and, big. I loved the large bed its lovely and comfy. Some of the staff were great towards me which helped me a great deal as I am Autistic. Loved the cocktails and the food is delicious.
Disliked: I didn't like the way 2 members of the staff spoke to both my mum and I at the beginning of the holiday. The guy from, Romania is the loveliest member of staff there. He made me feel very welcome and some of the others should learn from him. I think also you should have a manual in the room to explain the controls how to access the satellite t.v and what you get for your money when in business etc as it's too much to take in at the desk when you have been travelling and tried. If there was a manual we could have read it later and knew what we were entitled too instead of missing out on what we paid for.

Warm, excellent and outside of...

Liked: Exceptional We had a long morning and our room was available at noon so to have a shower to change and explore was wonderful Staff at checkin was the best check in process everThe minibar was sublime We adored the fact the hotel was set in a wonderful plaza and felt part of a cute community and happy to get the subway into the city to enjoy local vibes and great local restaurants
