Disliked: From the moment I waikin i cozid tell itvlook different as I entered up stairs there stain everywhere the smell was disgusting and my room well I wouid let my dog stay skitingboads where filly the carpet filly black the windows where filly the washroom disgusting dirty everywhere the bedsheets where dirty I was so scared to stany longer than 15 mnt I felt sick when the pichure what was show on booking .com is not same what I got

Good place to stay

Liked: Staff always friendly, standard tea and coffee, towels. Was nice and clean not luxury but a good place to sleep.
Disliked: Nothing

Exceptional

Exactly what was needed, and...

Liked: Beds super comfy and cleanRoom massiveCouldnt notice outside noise after reasonable hour
Disliked: Room next door were noisy as hell but can't fault the hotel for that

Basic and in need of...

Liked: Convenient location, free parking and pet friendly
Disliked: Noisy outside, lots of barking dogs during the night. Stained carpet and shower broken

Very shady

Liked: Bed was comfy & TV easy to use. USB charging points in plug sockets.
Disliked: Very tired looking, carpets were filthy and had what looked like blood stains on them. Desperately needs refurbishment. Could hear people in bar til very late. There were what appeared to be drug dealers in the car park. Wouldn't have liked to stay here on my own, it felt very shady.

My family was not impressed...

Liked: Excellent location, just a walking distance from the Coventry Rail station. We just walked to the hotel with our baggage.
Disliked: Pictures advertised was deceptive. Room had cobwebs on the corners, dust on flat surfaces. Room appeared unused for months.

Liked: Absolutely awful. Very poor and unhygienic. Had to lay towels on the floor.
