Clean but meh

Liked: Location good for work visit and restaurants within walking distance. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: No place to hang clothes. There was a rack but no hangers provided. No safe in the room. Bathroom sink in the bedroom, not in the bathroom. Elevator was broken. Reception front door was broken. Toilet roll holder was broken. No breakfast option.

Liked: Absolutely NO breakfast, or any type of breakfast items were available.
Disliked: Offer breakfast as advertised when I booked the room.

It’s really hard to get...

Liked: The room is clean, tidy, and free of any unpleasant odors.
Disliked: The indoor AC and refrigerator are extremely noisy — and that’s not even the worst part. The most uncomfortable pillow ever! Yes, that super, super thick one — it’s twice as thick as a regular pillow. You have to tilt your neck up almost at a 90-degree angle just to lie on it, and within minutes, that “fat pillow” slides right out from under you.
