HOSTEL NOT HOTEL!

Liked: NOTHING!
Disliked: Was not able to confirm room and check in because no staff were available for confirmation Female travelling alone at night. Arriving at 330am. Wanted to ensure my room was available and someone was there to check me in. Nobody available. After reading reviews this is a common problem. You arrive to Nobody and call when you arrive to get a code...IF THEY ANSWER! Lots of issues.I messaged the property when I reserved telling them my arrival time. They never mentioned the check in process nor does the website. They make it seem like a boutique hotel. It's a hostel! I decided to stay somewhere else with an actual front desk agent. I called to ask for a refund as I didn't stay and was refused any money.Very dissatisfied

If you respect your time...

Liked: It’s close to old town.
Disliked: The bed linen was very dirty. The floor was also dirty. The bathroom is full of mold. The shower, the sink is moldy everywhere. Not safe and terrible.
