Disliked: Its was absolutely appalling.The bathroom smelt really bad and the toilet brush was covered in human waste.The carpet is dark so you cant see the filth on the floor but mine and my daughter socks went brown within a few hours of walking around.The heat pump wouldn’t work and then wouldn’t turn off, so it was cold all night.The bed was very uncomfortable as i could feel the springs.The jug had years of grime inside it.When I complained to the staff they said that there was nothing they could do and i should have said something sooner but i was out all day and didnt know till i got back. But they didnt care.Worst stay of my life!!! Please get them to clean there rooms it’s disgusting!
