Liked: The location. Parking was free. Big plus. Walking distance to alot of things.
Disliked: Room lights are white. I feel like any hotel that hasn't moved over to warm lights is almost always the hotel that doesn't pay attention to detail. The remote has Netflix on it. But the TV doesn't. The beds are super uncomfortable (too soft) and the pillows are broken. The lift was broken on the 2nd day so everything was painful. No ventilation in the bathroom. They actually didn't have extra toilet rolls and when we asked for some they only bought one up. Each time it was a phone call. The carpet outside the lifts are dirty. It's just the tiny things they can do that would make all the difference.

Fabulous location, nice spacious room,...

Liked: Spacious and clean room. Fantastic location, very close to public transport, shops, eateries - all within walking distance. Fantastic view over Hyde Park and the city skyline, and so pleasant to be just across the road from green open space. Botanic Gardens, Opera House all within walking distance too. Great having a kitchenette, and extra good having breakfast supplied at no extra cost. Car parking also free.
Disliked: Only thing was that some of the car parking spots are rather small.
