Amazing trip!!
Liked: It was an amazing trip with my husband and parents in law. The staff was very kind, the apartment was amazing with everything we needed and a stunning view from the ocean. Also, the jacuzzi was very warm and the location was just perfect.
Disliked: There were 5 elevators for about 400 apartments, so it took some time for it to get to your floor. Also, if you think you're not going to the beach that often, it doesn't make sense to pay the extra fee for the sunbeds and sunshade.

Beautiful pool and location. Need...
Liked: The outdoor pool is beautiful with lots of great lounge areas. The location is great and our views were fantastic.
Disliked: The property has a serious elevator problem. Within our week there were numerous issues which caused extremely long waits. The valet situation can also become really problematic at certain times with extremely long waits. There was also difficulty getting in touch with the rental agency versus the property’s concierge. When we had an issue with one of our toilets it took hours to get resolved.

Disliked: Hello, My name is Ohad Yarmovski, I checked in at 28/9, i arrived the place, I got a room with not the setup that i booked, I was needed to change the room. Then We move with to the other unit, the washer machine didn’t work until Tuesday, 5 days after I checked in, at Tuesdays the ac didn’t work, I was needed to sleep at temperature of 78-80f. My kids was sweating and suffering, and me and my wife as well. Now let say something about the “property management”, 1 of the worst customer i service I ever had in life, worst communication. During my stay, the guy trying to negotiate what I should get for making the reason I booked the unit. At the days, with no ac, he offer me 2 things, 1 to switch unit to across a street to pay cleaning fee of 285$ plus 45$ of resort fee2nd, is to check out 2 days before I’m living, Ang to get small amount of refund that basically not even covering the new place. Every year I’m going to this hotel that I booked straight with the hotel, and from any reason this time I booked through booking.com, And you guys, also 1 of the worst, basically not taking any responsibility, we called you servals time , always the call get disconnected and know one never called back. I’m also running Airbnb apartment, and never giving so unrespectable service!!I really feel like I got ripped by company that really don’t care except the money!I’m expecting from booking.com, the place that I close the unit from , to refund my money back. I have all evidence( photos, text history, email history, that you can see what kind of people I was dealing with, unless you don’t care about your reputation. Good
Liked: The view of the private owned apartment and the Hyde had very pleasant employees working all had great customer service.
Disliked: Great place for a long stay, however since I rented privately I did not get the housekeeping perks. The place could be much cleaner sheets was dirty. Also not all electricity sockets worked need a bit of maintenance done on the place.

Best views in all of...
Liked: The corner apartment is breath taking!! The views are unmatched and I travel often, never seen anything like it. Each window gave a different view and we loved all of them. There are washer/dryers, pots, silverware but you need to do a Walmart run before you check in, there are no vending machines nor restaurants in the apartments.
Disliked: The beach felt like a hike from the apartments. There was a wooden table and chair broken up in pieces on the balcony when we arrived and the main tv in the den had issues coming on. The line for the elevator gets a bit long mid day/holidays.

Disliked: 1. while booking, it was not informed that $35 should be paid as resort fee per day till we stay.2. The hotel has 48 floors and the lift stops all floors. we stayed in 17th floor and we waited 45 mins for the Lift and some times we walked on stairs. the House keeping team uses the same lift with big machines and trolleys and so its awlays busy
