Walking distance to venue was great but be aware - there are a lot of homeless people. The more I travel the more I see. It is very disheartening.

Liked: The staff was excellent! The gentleman at the desk was great. It really helped that he knew the entertainer that I was there to see.
Disliked: Could have been a little bit cleaner but proximity to everything was on par.

First time staying here and was very impressed. Friendly staff; easy check in; parking was great; room was clean, spacious and modern. Great location and easy walk to restaurants, bars, and 9:30 Club.

Stay was good overall and...

Liked: Very Convenient location. AC working perfectly. Very Friendly stuff!
Disliked: Rooftop was under construction so could not use it. Bathroom sink was poorly drained and water stuck. Poor breakfast choices ( breakfast not included!) and served cold. No pool. Paid parking (quite expensive and added parking tax on top of parking charge)

Not Impressed

Liked: The room was decent and clean; however I was displeased with the location. This hotel is advertised as having "subway access" to FedEx Field; however, it requires several train changes and more than a mile walk from the train to the stadium. When I called the hotel, I was told that the train has direct access to the field. Huge disappointment, as I had to spend roughly $150 for Uber to and from my event.
Disliked: I didn't like being mislead about the distance to the stadium and alleged "subway access."
