Walking distance to venue was great but be aware - there are a lot of homeless people. The more I travel the more I see. It is very disheartening.

Liked: The staff was excellent! The gentleman at the desk was great. It really helped that he knew the entertainer that I was there to see.
Disliked: Could have been a little bit cleaner but proximity to everything was on par.

First time staying here and was very impressed. Friendly staff; easy check in; parking was great; room was clean, spacious and modern. Great location and easy walk to restaurants, bars, and 9:30 Club.

The location was great, the...

Liked: the location
Disliked: but the staff wasn’t able to accommodate me, the TV in the living room did not work. And because there was only one working TV they said you need to work with what you have. They said that they would try and move me to another room but they never did nor did they call I had to continuously askwhen I called about my TV not working. No one came to check it out.

The staff that we interacted...

Liked: The location was perfect for us.
Disliked: Your hotel was in the middle of renovations. The off gassing smell of the new carpets was very strong. The hallway was filled with boxes of new and old products. I am sure it will look and feel better in a few weeks or months.
