Great spot for a short...

Liked: The layout is great. I liked having the option of closing the door to the bedroom. If someone is napping, the other person can still use the kitchen and restroom .
Disliked: They don’t have smart TVs so we couldn’t cast Netflix etc at night. If we had known that we would have stayed elsewhere. A recent injury kept me from participating in nighttime shows and venues away from the condo. We streamed movies on our iPhone. (Not fun)The pool is closed until 2026. HOWEVER they contacted us Several times to be sure we knew. I appreciated that.

Liked: The room was spacious and very clean. The kitchenette was great for morning meals we prepared. We loved having the washer and dryer to do a few loads of laundry during the week.
Disliked: We have no real complaints.

Liked: Clean, outside of all the traffic but still close enough to everything.
Disliked: Extremely low water pressure from shower head. Couldn’t even get shampoo out of hair. Walls were paper thin. You could hear conversations from next door at normal speaking level.

Liked: I liked the 7pm smores, and the pond, I also thought the bed was comfy. The shower head and pressure was a positive part of the stay.
Disliked: I didn't like that booking website falsely advertised the stay here. It wasn't until completely booked it read the words in big print saying important notice, that all water activities at the location were being renovated so they couldn't be used. Not at all the workers fault by any means. I also didnt like that the beds have no sort of all around mattress protector, also behind the bed had never seen a vacuum. But also I understand most the time its a hassle, and you have to flip a room quick. The pull out couch had stains that were questionable but, what hotels couch isn't.

Liked: We were a church (families) group. Some had 1bed/1 bath/"rooms", others had 2/2 and 3/2. Everyone was very pleased with their accommodations. Exceeded our expectations.
Disliked: No complaints. The pool was out of commission, but they called me twice to let us know in advance and were very accommodating. It didn't turn out to be a big deal, because we stayed so busy with all the things to do in Branson.

Comfy but not in any...

Liked: It was nice.
Disliked: All swimming pools were shut down and didn’t tell us until after we paid. 4 kids ready to go swimming and now we have to pay $200 to go to a water park just to swim.
