Fantastic stay other than neighbor...

Liked: Facilities and staff were great. Location was perfect. Room was clean.
Disliked: The door connecting our room to the next was not locked or sealed. Neighbor stepped in our room at some point because it wasn’t locked and we could hear everything Nextdoor super clearly.

Liked: If you were only staying at the property it would be ok. Otherwise hard to get to pool because room was so far away unless you drove. If you drove anywhere then you would loose parking close to your room. All up hill. Check in was at 4. When we checked in we were told rooms would not be ready until after 4 pm. We had to call them to ask about getting our keys to get into our room. We checked in finally at 4:40pm. Very inconvenient for our plans for dinner. No compensation for the inconvenience. Very disappointed for the price.
