Liked: The location was great and the room was very comfortable. The staff was also very attentive and helpful.
Disliked: The hotel is currently undergoing renovation, which impacted the lobby and perhaps other facilities. The single restaurant had somewhat limited breakfast options.

Liked: the location was convenient, and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: the hotel is under renovation. it looked bad because of the renovation construction. the night staff was exceptionally rude and unhelpful. the phones weren’t working, so they couldn’t call to tell me my room was ready and i couldn’t get in touch with them when i needed anything. the rooms didn’t have basic things, like a fridge, mini bar, slippers, etc. for a four star hotel, it felt more like a 2 star. there wasn’t even a doorman. insane. way overpriced, and i should have stayed down the street literally anywhere else.

Liked: Greeted with big smiles, room was nice.
Disliked: The whole hotel lobby is under construction and I did not know that when booking ... it would have been nice to know that ... I do like to enjoy hotel lobbys in the morning with coffee while others with me are sleeping .
