Liked: We loved everything about it! Location was great. The kids loved the pool, slides, and lazy river!

It’s not a true resort...

Liked: Swim facility was nice and lots of offered activities.
Disliked: Upon check in they try and sell you things and make you wait in line for parking pass. Activities unorganized and confusing no real leader to facilitate. Yoga was a joke and not geared towards kids. Check in did not clearly explain location etc. one restaurant that closes early had had mediocre food at best.

Disliked: Walking distance rooms to parking and pools.. not enough parking

It was a pleasant stay...

Liked: The lazy river and quiet surroundings. Very peaceful!
Disliked: I felt like this was very tacky of your company to ask me to do this after paying so much money to have your staff take care of me. This is the text sent to me • In an effort to assist our housekeeping team, may we ask you to please run the dishwasher (if applicable), place trash bags outside your front door, and place all linens in the entry way.Also, the tv had very poor reception, water pressure kept going up and down during showers.

Disliked: A little bit of construction but once its done I'm sure it will be great!

Disliked: The cost of all of the activities since we paid a resort fee each day. The gas bbq’s need to be replaced.
