Superb

Liked: Good sized rooms, very clean facilities, super fun activities for the kids, and fun pools!
Disliked: We wished there were better dining options, including breakfast service. Also, be cautious of the bottom of the lazy river as it is pretty rough, and we had some skinned toes.

Great family holiday accommodation

Liked: 2 bedroom apartment was brilliantly proportioned and kitted out perfectly. Staff very nice and helpful, gym decent and lazy river fun. The property ran very well and there is a.nice vibe.
Disliked: Booking.com/the hotel miscommunicated so our booking wasn't on the system. We spent 2 hours waiting to see what room was available and eventually got the room we booked, after some hustling between all parties. Manager was very good and tried extremely hard to sort out the issue, which was eventually resolved.

Liked: Room was sizable, and had everything we needed. Bathroom was large and luxurious. The view from our balcony was gorgeous. It truly felt like being at a home away from home.

Overall, it was okay...

Liked: Room was very nice, the pool and lazy river were also nice. The kids had a great time.
Disliked: The service was subpar. There was a wasp nest directly outside our room entrance, not a huge deal, but we called 5 times to get it taken care of - it was still there when we left. The main TV also didn't work on arrival and we had to call multiple times to get that taken care of as well.We stopped in the restaurant once on the way from the pool and had to wait 15+ minutes just to pay for ice cream that was melted by the time we had paid.We also ordered room service once, and the food was thoroughly 'meh.' Absolutely don't recommend the brisket grilled cheese, the brisket was tough and barely chewableOne of the primary reasons we had booked this hotel was the lazy river, it was also closed for an entire day for clean up following some weather. Which, I understand, but on top of everything else, it was irksome to say the least.
