Liked: Nice rooms, clean, with good staff. Loved the lazy river! It is a fun place. Also have access to a private beach (with reservations) and you do have to take a ferry but worth it. The beach was very nice.

An Escape From Reality!!!

Liked: Nice, clean and scenic atmosphere. Several pools & hot tubs, no crowd. Relaxing lazy river, and very pleasant employees

Not the place for me...

Liked: Nothing I can think of.
Disliked: If you want a quiet or peaceful stay this wouldn’t be the place for you. Was kept awake every night by loud drunk guests in building next door out on their porch. Lots of kids yelling and crying. I left early due to this. I paid for 4 nights and could only stand to stay 3. Checked out early 11am on day 3 with no refund on 4th night. The room was in a tiny entry way with another room next to mine , (2 doors to enter to get into room) and it echoed loud with another party coming in and out at all hours and yelling in this entry way, door slamming, again waking us up. Toilet didn’t flush well took 3/4 attempts to get it to flush. Pull out bed was full of food crumbs from previous guests. You sit on screened in porch and get alarmed at loud screeching from tires screeching on slick floors in parking garage below 2 buildings all hours of day and night. Took a while to figure out this noise. So many phone calls made to me starting 5 days prior arrival on a Friday , Sat and sun multiple times a day trying to pressure you into a sale of some sort of time share. Very unpleasant to deal with. Will not stay again. I had to leave a work conference early this was so uncomfortable. I couldn’t find another place close to my conference as I wanted to cancel after all the harassing calls prior to coming. I booked this on booking.com and upon arrival I am informed I have to pay 200 more dollars upfront for incidentals that they couldn’t tell me what the incidentals were. Even after explaining I don’t want any room services , extra towels, etc. I kept the privacy hanger on door at all times. Still confused on why I was charged incidentals. It’s just their policy I was told. Parking in garage is so tight good luck not getting car hit or dinged. Park outside ! This is an overpriced party spot. So if you like to party you may not mind this place.

Liked: We live in the area and just wanted to get out of the house and this was a hidden gem for us so relaxing so much to do wish we would of stayed longer the room was gorgeous with a view of the lake, the lazy river was huge the staff was super friendly and informative we will definitely be back
