Liked: We were made to feel very welcome. We treated the entire staff with courtesy and a friendly attitude and they returned it. Well within walking distance for sightseeing, shopping, and restaurants.

Liked: Good location, if you walk on the road you can see the Capitol from the street. Good size hotel, offering all the facilities you'd need. It felt like a pretty expensive hotel, despite not being all that expensive.

Liked: the hotel locate near union station and just a short walk, so if you take a train to washington ,itis very convinent. The staff are good, the facility clean and comfortable. They have a great restaurant, the food is delicious and generous proportion, the service people are very nice. recomment the italian seafood noodle.
Disliked: I fell cold at night and ask for a blanket. the hotel provide a thin cotton blanket which did not do the job in November. hope could provide guest with warm wool blanket in autumn and winter.

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The bathroom was dirty. The tub had hair and was not comfortable bathing my daughter. The floor was dirty. Can tell the bathroom and floor was not cleaned.
