Best spot on Waikiki hands...

Liked: Literally on Waikiki. Close to everything.
Disliked: The parking lot is anxiety-inducing. We rented a car and got upgraded to a huge SUV, which barely fitted (6.4, limit is 6.6), and the only spots one can find would usually be at the 10th floor. Valet may make it easier, but also comes at an extra cost.

Hawaii is great and Hyatt...

Liked: Location is good and accessible to many things.
Disliked: Limited food options for vegetarians . No room service (food). Inhouse restaurants needs improvements in service. Bit on expensive side.

Would not stay here again....

Disliked: The parking garage is an absolute nightmare. AND it’s a $55/day fee for parking which is crazy for it being such an awful parking complex. First 6 floors are for valet ONLY which is ~$75 to use that service. The parking garage is often full so they send you to the international marketplace which I wish would’ve just been the garage the whole time. It was a lot easier to get through, but it is inconvenient to have to drive all over the place. The Hyatt’s parking garage is apparently a two way but 2 cars most definitely cannot fit at the same time. Very uncomfortable. The parking spots are packed like sardines. I would not stay at this hotel again because 1. The garage was so awful 2. They have 1 pool for like a 40 floor building.

Liked: Amazing hotel so close to the beach and transport , love the coffee shop down stairs , we lived our stay .Fantastic staff
Disliked: Nothing

Exceptional

Liked: Probably the best place to stay in Waikiki better than the Hawaiian village because of the location. Everything is in walking distance and the hotel itself is beautiful… opt for a higher level room
