Liked: I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Waikiki and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special thank you to Grace at the front desk — she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and stress-free. With our flight canceled due to the Air Canada strike, we had to book the room day by day, and Grace was incredibly helpful, giving us peace of mind during a stressful situation.The breakfast service at Shore Restaurant was also outstanding — the food was amazing, and every staff member there exuded positive energy, making each morning a delight. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Waikiki, and I look forward to returning.

Very busy hotel and beach.

Liked: Room was large and beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good and the wait staff attentive.
Disliked: Waikīkī beach is very crowded and we weren’t able to get beach chairs. The beach is across the street from the property. The pool at the hotel was very small. Also, the wait for the elevators was long.
