Convenient location and friendly hotel

Liked: If you are looking for a hotel close to the Dulles International Airport, this is the hotel you are looking for. It is about a 15-minute drive distance from the airport, and there is a shopping center right next to it, so you don't have to worry about shopping and eating.
Disliked: There is nothing much. If I had to say, it's about the price.

Disliked: I left my Apple Watch Ultra in my hotel room when I checked out. I contacted the front desk immediately after realizing it, but unfortunately, their response was extremely disappointing. They showed very little concern and didn’t follow up with me for days. Over a week later, I had to call again, only to find out that no one had even reported the missing item. Strangely enough, once I mentioned that I would be filing a formal complaint, things suddenly moved quickly. Within a day, I received an email confirming that my watch had been found.While I’m relieved to have my watch back, it’s a shame that it took pressure and escalation for the staff to act responsibly. A hotel of this standard should take lost property seriously from the beginning—not only when complaints are threatened.
