Wont come again

Disliked: I left my Apple Watch Ultra in my hotel room when I checked out. I contacted the front desk immediately after realizing it, but unfortunately, their response was extremely disappointing. They showed very little concern and didn’t follow up with me for days. Over a week later, I had to call again, only to find out that no one had even reported the missing item. Strangely enough, once I mentioned that I would be filing a formal complaint, things suddenly moved quickly. Within a day, I received an email confirming that my watch had been found.While I’m relieved to have my watch back, it’s a shame that it took pressure and escalation for the staff to act responsibly. A hotel of this standard should take lost property seriously from the beginning—not only when complaints are threatened.

Disliked: The refrigerator had some food from visitors who were booking the room before us. There is someone in the reception Tried to obstruct the extension procedures. She told us at the beginning there is no rooms available but we found same our room in booking. Then i told her to charge me from the card on booking she insisted to bring the card physically.
