Hyatt Regency Tulsa Downtown

The location was excellent as it was within a short walk to the venue. The room was overpriced for having only 2 double beds and then having to pay for parking our vehicles.

Liked: Location. A short walk to the venue.
Disliked: Hair dryer didn't work. No bar soap to wash your hands in the room. Had to pay to park our vehicles.

Would stay again.

Liked: Room was great; staff helpful.
Disliked: Clock was wrong; almost late; was not told about $15 valet fee until checkout and could hear neighbor all night long.

The front desk staff ensured the shuttle driver looked for and waited on daughter to arrive at airport; left O.J. off breakfast tray and brought some up immediately (our fault, we ordered the O.J. late); gave helpful directions to restaurant and concert venue. In general, everyone working here was friendly and spoke a hello. It's a great hotel. I've stayed there numerous times.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the food was good and came on time. It was very reasonable in price and close to our event which was a major plus. Also, the parking was close and very easy to find. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

Liked: It was a very nice and clean hotel in walking distance of BOK Center. We had a very nice and spacious room with a comfortable king size bed. We also ordered room service for the next morning which arrived on time. I felt like for the amount of food that I received that the price was extremely reasonable compared to other hotels in the past. It was very well cooked and arrived hot. Then we ordered the 4 cup carafe of coffee and it was pricey but hot and strong. I was also impressed that they remembered to add all of the condiments that we would need. We also had a very large selection of channels which to watch, where most hotels only give you the basic.
Disliked: The only thing I saw was a couple of worn spots in the carpet but that is very minor compared to the clean nature of the hotel.

Liked: Room was nice; the hotel staff was helpful and friendly.
