The hotel is in a great location; provides underground parking with in and out privileges; the staff were friendly and welcoming; the rooms were clean and updated, despite not offering a mini fridge. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we had an overall great experience. We have stayed at various Hyatt's before with little to no issues.
Liked: The hotel room was clean, organized, welcoming, safe and in a great location close to everything.
Disliked: No mini fridge in the room which is extremely disappointing.

Requested a double bed room (smoking) and it wasn't ready so we ended up taking a Queen size bed and asked for a cot. We got into the room and realized there was no way a cot would fit in so we ended up switching our room to a non smoking room. Good looking room, however, it was very small - we kept banging our legs up against the corners of the beds. The shower is small so if you are a bigger person don't bother showering.
Liked: In a good area for restaurants.
Disliked: Hotel rooms are extremely small.

Not terrible but kind of...
Liked: Staff was friendly, location is great, room was pretty clean
Disliked: The room looked outdated, lots of damage on furniture (scratches and peeling) super dark room poor lighting options, the room was tiny.

Disliked: Breakfast was terrible, the food they gave us was stale and they still tried to charge me for it. Not sure what was worth 300$ a night pool or bar wasn?t open.

Stressful and frustrating
Disliked: My car was hit by another guest at the hotel. Front desk couldn?t help me. Gave me 2 numbers to call and one which was a managers phone number but when I called a lady picked up saying wrong number. Been running around back and forth with no solution to my problem. Had a great stay but this experience really ruined my stay. I paid close to 400 dollars for my stay and paid extra for the parking just to be notified it?s not part of the hotel and if anything happens they can?t help me. Fancy place with no real management on site. Shocking.

Disliked: The coffee machine and water kettle was broken we could not enjoy our morning coffee

Liked: We liked everything, location, cleanliness, very helpful and amazing staff. We were given 4 extra hours for checkout with no additional cost it really helped a lot. Can't wait to visit Toronto again. This hotel will be my choice again 100%.
