Liked: It was quiet and very clean.
Disliked: It was all good thank you

Expensive and underwhelming.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Apart from the location there is little value for money. The room decor is underwhelming and the couch uncomfortable to sit on. The balcony is small and whilst it looks over darling Harbour, it also looks over the filthy roof of the buildings below and if the traffic noise and hum of there air conditioning units isn’t enough, the intake air conditions unit in the room is enough to keep u awake all night, so that you can also here the guests in the room next door showering, so much so I got up to see if the water in my bathroom was running. I rang guest services at approx 8pm Saturday night to ask for crockery and cutlery………I’m still waiting for it. I ate my dinner using a teaspoon from the drawer. Saturday night I went to use the hairdryer and it lit up and started smoking. Clearly it was a fire hazard so I called guest services to have it replaced. I was told it would be done swiftly because I was going out however a second call needed to be placed to get the replacement hair dryer.
