Liked: The location was perfect since we were were attending an event nearby
Disliked: The room we were initially in had a weird chemical like smell and the walls were really thin. We were able to switch to another room but we later found out it had ants really bad.I was also informed that the incidental fee would be placed back onto my card once we checked out but it has been four days since then

Do not waste your money
Liked: Overall, this place had potential. The pool looked nice and the shuttle to Truist Park is convenient
Disliked: I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you're traveling with family. We booked a king bed with breakfast included for five guests (my husband, myself, and our three kids). My husband didn’t end up coming, so it was just me and the kids on a fun trip to Atlanta to see Stray Kids at Truist Park. Here’s what went wrong:Check-in process was unfair. We arrived early hoping to change before the concert. Even though I saw the front desk clerk allowing others to check in early, she told me I had to wait until 4pm. I ended up waiting in the car with my kids. When I came back at 4:25, two new front desk staff were working—very kind and professional, unlike the first lady. I appreciated their help and chose two queen beds instead of the king I originally booked.Breakfast was NOT included despite what my booking suggested. I booked for 5 people and expected it to reflect that. When I asked, the kind front desk lady corrected it to 4 since my husband didn’t come. But the next morning, we found out breakfast is definitely not included—you have to pay out of pocket. And it’s not cheap. It’s $19.95 per person for anyone 12 and up, and $11.95 for kids 11 and under. They also tack on an 18% gratuity automatically. The food was terrible. We were served one drink for four of us. The biscuits were soggy and tasted stale, sausage was unpleasant, eggs were oddly cooked and poorly presented, and the gravy was bland. The only decent things were the bacon and the juice.Hotel conditions were disappointing. One of the two elevators was broken. There’s construction going on, but they don’t mention that until it’s too late to cancel for free. Starting at 8am, you’ll be woken up by loud banging. And yes, you have to pay for parking too.For $300 a night, I expected more. Between the rude service from the morning front desk lady (especially with glasses), misleading breakfast info, construction noise, poor food, and surprise charges—this stay was frustrating.
