Hyatt Regency St Louis at The Arch

St Louis is awesome, come to the Hyatt hotel, go to the arch, enjoy downtown.

Liked: Convenient to the downtown area. Very clean; staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: No, not at all.

Would stay here again! Great place to stay if you are going to Cardinals, Rams games. Or visiting the Arch!

Disliked: I had left three shirts accidently at my room during my stay and I cannot get a hold of customer support at that Hyatt location in order to confirm if they still have those shirts. I had called them the day I checked out, and said I had left them, please place them in a secure location. When I called them the next day, no one knew where they went. I have called back multiple times and have not received any information about them.

Liked: I liked the amenities the bathroom had, like the shampoo, conditioner, etc. I also enjoyed the view from the window and the seating area below it. I mostly really enjoyed being able to control the AC in the swell as well.

Chose this hotel due to...

Liked: The buffet was fine. Also ordered off the menu and was adequate. Server was very responsive and efficient. The location close to the Arch was perfect for my husband who is having difficulty walking due to recovery from a broken leg.
Disliked: No place to eat dinner on site except a very expensive steak house. I thought Red Kitchen would be available all day, not just breakfast. Perhaps this should be clearer on the website.
