Disliked: The bathroom was not very clean, appeared to have had repairs by some of the dirty marks near the wall nearest to the door.

Liked: We received very good service from Front Desk people who checked us in/out. But our two thumbs go up to your doorman at both shifts. They were friendly and efficient professionals. I'm sorry that we did not get their names.
Disliked: The pillows were too soft and uncomfortable. The noise from the hall ways kept me waking up.

Disliked: The room was advertised to have a balcony. It didn’t even have a window that could open. The refrigerator door wouldn’t stay closed and the items couldn’t be kept cold.
