Liked: The pool was big. good parking. Breakfast was okay
Disliked: Firstly the AM staff was rude and kept replying that they were an airline hotel instead to my face during the check in. We try to check in at 11 am and they refuse to give us a room because they are a airline hotel, we were added to the queue and we received a message around 1 pm saying our room was ready. When we head back to check in they repeatedly said they didn’t have a room and that they were an airline hotel and prioritised only airline employees (not what was expressed when I called and ask about early check in prior booking). I also inquired about using the pool area while we waited for our room to be ready (which they answered yes over the phone) but the speech was changed when we asked about this at the desk. My husband try to go to the bar around 11 (bar closes at 11:30) and the same Front desk lady told him rudely that the bar was closed and they weren’t serving any drinks ( maybe they should update all the elevator signs were it says 11:30) We also waited almost an hour for some extra pillows to be delivered to the room. (and I had to call back in order to be actually delivered to my room) Very disappointed on the service and as a hospitality manager there is no need to tell on the customer face that we prioritise other guest instead of them multiple times. I had high expectations for a Hyatt but I guess don’t stay if you are not airline staff since they do not seem to care about you.

Good but could be better
Liked: The lady at the reception was so nice. She tried to find the soup because my colleague was not feeling well. She also gave us a late check out and was helping a lot. There are also options to eat next door.
Disliked: We came preaty late and the guy at the reception did not give us a good first impression, he was kind of strange. I liked the breakfast but I did not like the bill at the end eventhough the breakfast was included and you feel obliged to tip for selfservice. Did not like the room in the basement because the hotel is big and there should be planty of rooms avaliable somewhere up. Otherwise the rooms were clean but they could use an update.

It was great:)
Liked: It was in a great location and the staff was great. I especially enjoyed the breakfast and the staff.
Disliked: The only thing is that there was No closed caption or streaming on TVs.
