Yuck

Liked: The design of the hotel was nice, but better in the photos than in person.
Disliked: The room was literally tilted like a boat, slapped musty and smelled basement like. I was also served coffee at the Starbucks that had a mechanical oil smell. So much was bad.

Liked: Berta and Marcus did an excellent job of fixing ongoing issues with booking.com reservations that never matched theirs. It took very long and was annoying but they were patient and gracious.
