Overpriced and probably would not...

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: The pool was green and looked dirty. Went to the restaurant on the property and waited forever for someone to take our order. We ended up walking out because of this.

Liked: EASE OF ACCESS TO LOCAL ATTRACTIONS AND TO FERRYCLEANLINESSFRIENDLINESS OF STAFF
Disliked: COMMUNICATION B/T 3rd party BOOKING AGENT AND THE HOTEL.Staff members attempted to assist; however it appeared to be a catch 22. To get a business rate, I used a 3rd party booking site, but hidden fees added up quickly(over $400.00). To directly book with the property, I was told at the time of making my reservation, via a phone call, that I didn't qualify for a business rate b/c the event I was attending wasn't at the Hyatt. Thus, the Catch 22.
