Good

Liked: The breakfast was nice and well stocked. My room was on the 10th floor and the view was beautiful.
Disliked: The initial sign in was miserable and set a bad tone. The room was noisy the first night and the bathroom was very small, especially the shower area.

The manager was very accommodating...

Disliked: It’s a VERY tired hotel. My first night I couldn’t control the air-conditioning and I froze. The sink had a slow drain, the bathtub plumbing leaked, and I hadn’t even used it, the lampshades were cracked. It was really subpar.

Would not stay again or...

Liked: The location was okay. A lot of noise with construction everywhere around. Not great views of bay.
Disliked: For the price per night, the lack of simple amenities such as coffee in the lobby and free parking was very disappointing. The cleaning staff spoke NO English, so asking for an extra towel or more in room coffee supplies was painful and nearly pointless.

horrible

Liked: nothing. will never go back
Disliked: No privacy in the room due to noises in adjacent room, staff failed to fix a problem. NO sleep for all the night due to noise
