Stopover hotel with comfortable beds

Liked: This is a perfectly fine airport hotel, though not super special. Airport shuttle pickup was perfect and super comfortable. Check-in was also smooth and the bed was comfortable. Highlight for our one-night stay was a late-night bottle of wine at the bar and the pizza. The pizza exceeded expectations and was a great value with really high quality. We would definitely do that again!
Disliked: The hotel is huge and impersonal. Quite dated as well. There was some major event going on at the hotel and children were everywhere, making the entire experience quite loud and chaotic. The hotel is fine, but only good for a night or two at the most. Just a decent stop-over.

Comfy and loved it.

Liked: Room clean tidy. Loved the shuttle service and all the staff was helpful and friendly. The food was good. Loved the pool area.
Disliked: Coffee and juice were poured before we could even sit down for breakfast without asking us. We then thought it was complimentary but just to see we were charged for it.

Liked: I cannot give enough praise to (I hope I spell his name right) Hector, He remembered be me from last years stay, was so sweet and kind, to the point I wished I lived there! He is your poster person for not only Hyatt but all hotels nation wide but as an international traveler I would also also include world wide!I will definitely be back to visit Hector!
Disliked: there is always something that goes a miss but all in all nothing.
