Liked: 1.room (#5018)outdated, dirty floor carpet 2.no sleepers, no wardrobe..."?" 3.no complimentary toiletries except piece of soap on a sink. 3. In a courtyard where my window been facing, large group of prople been on party until 1:30am!!! shouting, singing, etc....I could not take a sleep. How come-Royalty became hostel from 3rd part of world. I was just flew from China tour... There all hotels are in the best world standard! Shame for you!!!!

Liked: Friendly staff, excellent customer service, cleanliness of the hotel & room. Shuttle service to SFO, free wi-fi and the location. Safety lock inside the room!

Liked: Close to airport and hotel shuttle are plus
Disliked: The most inconvenient check-in ever. No interest in finding a solution and not able to find a reservation and not able to read as it seems. As a plus, after we left our luggage and came back several outs later, a trainee did a much better job

Liked: I like the people that work their best of all the hotels surrounding SFO. I like the girls in the restaurant the cleaning staff, the support staff and especially Ronnie at the desk.
