Liked: The room was excellent. The facility was clean. The location was very good. The shuttle service worked well.
Disliked: I stayed one night on December 31, with a plane to catch at 8:00 A.M. I asked for a wake up call for 5:00mA. M. It never came, and I awoke at 6:30 I barely made my flight, and had to run without breakfast, shaving etc. I almost missed my flight, and would have missed my cruise embarkation. I was not happy. When I arrived at the hotel I found that there were no glasses, or plastic cups in the room, and had to request the hotel to send some up, I also found that the computers and printers that you use to c heck in were not free. The charge for computer use is around $7.00, and although the sign says the printer is free, it added $2.00 to my room bill on my return stay on January 10. On my stay on December 31, the computers were not working, and the front desk did do my check in and print my boarding pass.

Disliked: Restaurant service...(At check out employee huffing and puffing because my daughter wasn't fast enough making up her mind). It was later that evening after we checked in exhausted from our long trip from Europe.We were given a room for handicapped, I don't understand the logic there, but anyway the shower wet the entire floor of the bathroom because was an open shower with no glass doors.

Disliked: We were charged MUCH more than the prices that booking.com had given us. Hotel room:Price in offer: approx 160 USDPrice paid: 200 USDAnd breakfast for one person: 50 USD!!!!!NEVER again this hotel and NEVER agian booking.com, unless you pay back all the ekstra money we paid!
