Disappointing
Disliked: 700 dollars, two bed room. Two water bottles in the room. If you drank them an additional cost of $3.50 per bottle was added.

The sweet lady who checked...
Liked: The staff, accommodations, and proximity to attractions make this a great place to stay. The restaurants and bar were reasonably priced for the downtown area.

Stay was ok, clean rooms...
Liked: We really liked the view from the room and the convenience of being right next to the arch. It was clean.
Disliked: Our room showed a sofa bed when booking but did not have one when we arrived (not sure if booking.com problem or hotel). However, it did seem like the hotel changed our reservation since the confirmation didn't have my original person count. We had 5 people and only 2 double beds, don't know how that was supposed to work out or be possible. We asked for a rollaway, which they did provide. It was supposed to be an extra fee but since it took them almost 2 hrs to bring up to our room (after 9 pm), they waived the fee. I also didn't like how bright it was at night to sleep. The curtains are not blackout ones and even if they were they didn't cover all windows so gaps would have let in light anyway. I also know it's the city, but it was very loud too. I was glad we had a sound machine to block most of it out. This is obviously a personal preference of ours and how we like to sleep. I did not consider these things when wanting a great view. You have to sacrifice for the view and 2 large windows, might not be worth it in some cases. Parking was also a nightmare so we had to use valet....garage full and not walking downtown with luggage and kids on a Friday night. For one night we made it work, but all the added expenses and poor sleep environment for us made this a reason we wouldn't care to return.
