St Louis is awesome, come to the Hyatt hotel, go to the arch, enjoy downtown.

Liked: Convenient to the downtown area. Very clean; staff was very friendly and helpful.

Would stay here again! Great place to stay if you are going to Cardinals, Rams games. Or visiting the Arch!

Liked: Nothing in particular. It's an OK place, but not excellent for this price.
Disliked: Downtown location does not seem to be very safe. $36 parking fee out of nowhere, and the front desk scares you out of leaving your car parked at the street. Staff is not always really nice. Breakfast was subpar, and so was the service at breakfast.

Disliked: The valet was disorganized when retrieving our car. They did not have the procedure visible and guests were confused. It took a really long time to get our car to leave. There wasn’t a different option for parking.

Excellent location

Liked: Location is the BEST for the arch, can't get much closer. <5 min walk to arch. Location is excellent for watching baseball game and many restaurants including Starbucks and other great restaurants in the hotel.
Disliked: Hotel parking was difficult for guests in the evening likely due to baseball games.

Liked: Center of everything! We walked to the arch and busch stadium. Love the location.
Disliked: The shower was worn.
