Hyatt Regency St Louis at The Arch

St Louis is awesome, come to the Hyatt hotel, go to the arch, enjoy downtown.

Liked: Convenient to the downtown area. Very clean; staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: No, not at all.

Would stay here again! Great place to stay if you are going to Cardinals, Rams games. Or visiting the Arch!

Liked: Great view of the arch. Overall close to everything
Disliked: Don’t get there any bit early. If you can try and pick the later flight do it. It was pouring when we got there it was like maybe 12:30/1 Pre checked in because the room wasn’t “ready” fine. 4 hours later past check in and the room still wasn’t ready. Asked the lady at the desk and got an attitude about it. As if they didn’t already take my money. As soon as I walk away I get a text saying my room is ready? How long was my room ready and they had been forgetting these texts. Room is fine and beautiful view just forgetting people are waiting to check in rubs me the wrong way.

Liked: Beautiful hotel all the staff was friendly and very very helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast downstairs don’t remember the restaurant name but I had the avocado toast and it was delicious. I also enjoyed the food at Ruth Chris and the bar staff was friendly and helpful and also recommended the cheesecake omg it was delicious and the food was AMAZING AND VERY DELICIOUS . 10/10 I would recommend your hotel .
Disliked: I should of stayed longer lol ha ha ha

Liked: Location was excellent very near the Arch. Rooms were big and airy. Very comfortable bed. Exceptional staff especially Darren who helped us when we had an issue with our hired car.
Disliked: The small delay at lifts.
