Would stay here again! Great place to stay if you are going to Cardinals, Rams games. Or visiting the Arch!

Disliked: No wash clothes in our room. And the coffee cup lids in our room didn?t fit the cups.

Nice hotel in a super...
Liked: Super convenient location to the Gateway Arch. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice. I would recommend this hotel.
Disliked: No complimentary Breakfast. For the price I paid for the room, I should have got a free breakfast.

Liked: The location
Disliked: Dirty room, moldy food in fridge, dirty sheets, electricity went out, no hot water for shower since there was no electricity also have to pay extra for parking

"Sleepless in St. Louis" ..........in...
Liked: The excellent decor of the hotel, the helpful front doorman, & the helpful registration desk staff.
Disliked: The lack of response by hotel security to address the issue of my two reports to hotel staff (housekeeper of the 12th floor, housekeeping supervisor, & front desk clerk) of hearing a loud whimpering dog in the hotel room directly across the hall from my room. I could clearly hear the dog whining/crying from the room on the other side of the locked connecting door to my room at 11:00 a.m. and again upon returning to my room approximately 11 hours later @ approximately 10:30-11:30 pm. I then reported it to the hotel phone operator at approximately 12 a.m. I never received a response from any hotel staff member that the issue was addressed and I continued to hear the dog through the connecting hotel room door until the early morning hours of my final night's stay. Although the entire hotel & room was beautiful, the lack of sleep & stress I experienced due to another guest's dog was definitely not worth the rate of $200 per night. I certainly expected better customer service from a 5 star HYATT Hotel. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.
