Hotel room was great. Except coming back to hotel we were locked out and had to be buzzed in by hotel staff, which is stupid, and I was charged twice for my room, because staff can't or don't know how to do their job anymore.

Liked: Could be better.
Disliked: Mostly bad.

Passable

Disliked: It was a nice hotel, but since they couldn’t find the reservation I made through Booking, I had to pay again. Because I arrived late at night, I had no choice and unfortunately couldn’t sort it out. I sent a message through Booking, but unfortunately, I never got a reply.

FOR AN OVERNIGHT'S DAY, IT...

Liked: We were never offered any breakfast.We didn't even know there was breakfast offered with our stay.
Disliked: The linens could have been of better quality and also the noise level in the hall was quite loud at night. AND morning.
