Honestly, I can’t tell good...

Liked: My daughter birthday was yesterday and we had to book a Ivy’s Sweet room and we have asked for front desk to book, they told us online. We had Hyatt Regency app and we did reservations for 14/2025 to 15/2025. And we got confirmation. Then we went to the hotel, they told us our reservation is canceled. We didn’t get email cancel confirmation. She ( front desk) told us that about 30 minutes ago. We just arrived at 3:20 something. How come our reservation can cancelled? I had to show my phone that I never received any cancellation. My daughter invited most her friends. It was depressing. Luckily, the room wasn’t reserved and we got our Ivy Sweet room. But, when we booked we asked what is most service included, on the phone, breakfast, pool, WiFi, parking and the hotel will welcome us when we arrive in to the room. Because, we told them that the room booked for my daughter 15 birthday party. As in my experience when I used to work Marriott hotel, we used give something for special guests. That was I expected to my daughter. It was terrible experience I had ever. Even, I explained to front desk, no one to treat us. So, it was really bad. I never expected that Hyatt Regency to do that. I’m glad me made it my daughter party was good and they had good time. Anyway, thanks.
Disliked: Clean the room and the hotel.

Liked: Huge facility and reasonable price. Nice looking pool.
Disliked: Furniture shows a bit of wear. Central Atrium is huge and nice addition, but the plants are weirdly artificial. Cafe hours limited. Short drive to downtown Princeton, but nothing is walking distance other than connected office space.
