Overall , it was a clean hotel with friendly staff; lots of great vegan and vegetarian options in the market cafe that was attached to the hotel with good hours. Was disappointed there was no pool, but I would still give it a 4.5/5. Would definitely come back.

Liked: Hotel staff were super friendly. One restaurant and market on site - with the market opening early and closing late. Really nice for late nice snack and early coffee. Great location, near the Moda Centre, and train and a lot of other walking distance places.
Disliked: It's a busy spot; they have valet, and we noticed that at times it was difficult for our Uber to park in front, as the valet was super busy. One time we had to meet our Uber on the street on a different block as cars were lined up and you couldn’t get in, and it turns out their parking lot was full and the lot had to redirect guests to a different parking place - which if it wasn’t underground and/or locked I would probably be concerned as there were many cars that had smashed out windows on the street … a bit of a rough part.

Enjoyable

Liked: Close to the convention center and enjoyed eating at the restaurant during our stay.
Disliked: The room toilet took some time for the tank to refill and made loud noises.

A modern hotel, very comfortable...

Liked: The location was great, beds were very comfy, the room was spacious and very modern. Great to have a restaurant, bar and a little market to get anything you needed.
Disliked: No pool or sauna. Had to pay $20 for a package discount card which included water for the room, WiFi (this should be standard for free like most hotels) however it also gave discounts off certain places , free train and a $15 credit towards our room.

The bed was comfortable but...

Liked: Fresh fruit and other gluten free options were lacking.
Disliked: Service was slow and not very friendly at the buffet breakfast we paid for. The food options weren't as nice as during past visits.
