Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh International Airport

The staff was friendly from the front desk to the staff you pass in the halls. Definitely will use the Hyatt Regency if we return back to the area again. Great location when attending concerts at the First Niagara Pavilion.

Liked: Very nice and comfortable. Check-out at 12:00 noon - great when you attend a concert the night before.
Disliked: No continental breakfast; as for room service, breakfast was a little pricy and not as filling.

The hotel is very nice and well-kept. The staff was excellent. The food was delicious, but a bit expensive. The biggest drawback was the daily $13 fee for parking and the location is a bit awkward in terms of getting to the hotel after a long drive. The fact that there is nothing in terms of other restaurants in the vicinity can make dining a bit expensive.

Liked: The staff that we met were nice.
Disliked: Ok, here is the thing. The place was clean. The location was ok. But, for the brand name. The price. The beds just sucked. They were hard, and the pillows were flat. Tje bedding was thin. And we could not get the air to lower in July. Then to top everything off. When we exited the parking garage, which we had to pay for the bar hit my car before we even left the parking spot. You would think. That the brand would do better.

Liked: The room was spacious and clean, and the air conditioning was comfortable. The view outside the window was absolutely beautiful. I also appreciated the low bathtub in the shower area—it was easy to step into.The complimentary lemon water in the lobby was quite refreshing. Check-in and check-out took no time at all.
Disliked: While the room was comfortable overall, the soundproofing could be better, as I could hear housekeeping vacuuming in the hallway. Also, the complimentary coffee in the room was a bit too bitter for my taste.
