Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh International Airport

The staff was friendly from the front desk to the staff you pass in the halls. Definitely will use the Hyatt Regency if we return back to the area again. Great location when attending concerts at the First Niagara Pavilion.

Liked: Very nice and comfortable. Check-out at 12:00 noon - great when you attend a concert the night before.
Disliked: No continental breakfast; as for room service, breakfast was a little pricy and not as filling.

The hotel is very nice and well-kept. The staff was excellent. The food was delicious, but a bit expensive. The biggest drawback was the daily $13 fee for parking and the location is a bit awkward in terms of getting to the hotel after a long drive. The fact that there is nothing in terms of other restaurants in the vicinity can make dining a bit expensive.

Liked: LOVED that property was at the airport. Catching an early morning flight, being onsite was amazing! Especially with all the construction. Seemed the signs were wrong and the staff had us going up and down stairs to finally get to the right area.
