Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh International Airport

The staff was friendly from the front desk to the staff you pass in the halls. Definitely will use the Hyatt Regency if we return back to the area again. Great location when attending concerts at the First Niagara Pavilion.

Liked: Very nice and comfortable. Check-out at 12:00 noon - great when you attend a concert the night before.
Disliked: No continental breakfast; as for room service, breakfast was a little pricy and not as filling.

The hotel is very nice and well-kept. The staff was excellent. The food was delicious, but a bit expensive. The biggest drawback was the daily $13 fee for parking and the location is a bit awkward in terms of getting to the hotel after a long drive. The fact that there is nothing in terms of other restaurants in the vicinity can make dining a bit expensive.

Liked: Excellent staff. Clean hotel. Excellent workout facility. Very good food.
Disliked: Parking

Great way to stay close...

Liked: Had to catch a very early flight so it was very convenient for us. Unfortunately it was very loud so did not sleep well. Heard a fair amount of noise in the hall and the next room over from us.

Front desk staff were helpful...

Disliked: I was surprised by the surcharge on my cc. I understand a deposit but ???
