Liked: The comfort and the cleanliness of the room. The buffet breakfast, which was included in my room rate, was excellent with wonderful staff.
Disliked: The unprofessionalism and the disrespect shown by Yulia, who is one of the front desk staff towards me. I did make a complaint to Sirrus, who said he would speak to her.Did not receive an apology from Yulia.Angel and May handled the situation with professionalism and respect after they realised I was not impressed and quite upset by Yulia's behaviour towards me and how she questioned my booking.It was obvious that Yulia showed more respect and friendliness to people of European descent.

Liked: Have stayed here a few times and love the location overlooking the river while only a walk to Elizabeth Quay and the City
