Liked: The staff first and foremost! Everyone is so helpful and attentive to their guest needs, most of the times anticipating them. Secondly, the location! With its very well connect position, one can reach any local attraction. Also, the room view is as advertised: iconic.Adding to the list: spotless cleaning and delicious breakfast. Thank you!

Disliked: There were some lapses in the service requested via the concierge team. In the end, i did not get the kind of flowers I had booked in advance and paid for.
