Starting if great in what...

Liked: Location near airport
Disliked: AC not working and took over 2 hours to get a fan and AC never got really cold. Needed help with shower(head)as it had been turned off

Not cleaned…

Liked: Normal hotel with good breakfast buffet…
Disliked: I was thirsty so that after centering the room, trying to put water inside of the paper glass then I noticed that cup was dirty. May be past customer drunk milk coffee or something from this glass and put as it is. Glass was dirty. Room cleaning people didn’t check it at all. I called hotel front and told about it but they reacted it very easily and even not carried new cup glass in the room. Feel not good at all.

Good value for money and...

Liked: The water in the shower has no consistent temperature. If you are not careful you can burn yourself.Room is spacious, furniture a little old.Great staff, hotel was happening when I got there post 9pm.

Van der Valk 2024

Liked: The value was great and the location to the airport (15 minutes on a free shuttle). The staff was able to communicate in English with us and were very helpful. The hotel restaurant and bar was excellent and easy menu. Breakfast was worth the price as were any meal on the menu.
Disliked: We had a quirky electrical issue with our lights that probably should be addressed. When the room light in the corner was turned on the power outlet did not work.

Passable

Liked: It was convenient
Disliked: On arrival we've got absolutely grim room. Front desk personal didn't do anything about it before they had a change of shift and new receptionist, the young woman, took care of us and gave as decent room that we could have a rest on our transfer. This hotel has potentials but not yet.. Need a lot of development in interior and service.
