Disliked: Room was extremely hot and the technician did not fix it.

My flight got canceled so...

Liked: It was clean, breakfast was good. Room is spacious enough. Close to the airport. Lobby is spacious.
Disliked: Some of the reception personnel wasn’t really welcoming and helpful. Quite sad outside area - I mean it is an airport hotel so it is in the middle of highway area. Not close to Paris downtown

Disliked: AC is weak, hot water fluctuates, probably old installations.

Fantastic experience.

Liked: This was a family party of 5, in three rooms (additional room booked last minute). We had dinner with 2 additional family members.The staff (checking, bar, dinner, breakfast) were exceptionally efficient and friendly.The three rooms (recently refurbished) were above expectations: space, equipment, cleanliness, and silence.The restaurant, situated in the gigantic hotel atrium, has enough space to allow for good privacy. The menu is very interesting because it allows for a wide choice between simple plates and more sophisticated ones. Everybody was happy. Many thanks to the staff.

Very dissapointed stay, not clean,...

Liked: Super old rooms, I don’t understand that they only have pictures of renovated rooms on booking. The rooms had mold and disgusting carpet
Disliked: We checked in at 1:30 am but our check in was not prepared. We had a little 3 year old child with.
