Liked: The hotel room was great. The service left nothing to be desired.
Disliked: The cost of valet parking ($29 per day). Plus, my husband got a massage at the spa - we knew it was $125- plus tip of course. What we didn't know was that they would tack on "resort fees", so that the final cost was $148 plus tip.

Liked: Staff and valet parking very efficient.
Disliked: Pool bar food not good, but service excellent.

Magical weekend

Liked: Everything was top tier beautiful place all around and super clean and organised simply amazing
Disliked: Maybe a bit of more music around the pool area won’t hurt other wise

Liked: This is fantastic hotel with great customer service. This trip had a great experience with the head of Customer Service. His name is DJ. He personally took the time to take care of my wife and I; really the sign of a great Hotel.

Liked: Very convent distance to universal activities
Disliked: You either pay for parking services or you have to walk a good distance to parking garage. Pools close at 10:00 pm every night
