Room was clean and nice...

Liked: It was clean and staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Had to pay for parking and shuttle ride to Disneyland park were $7 each for the day. Window in the room was dirty.

Disliked: The Ac is not warking wel even I told them I left the nerby hotel because of the AC problem I face the same I think the system is old even thevrate tooooo high for what you get

Liked: Room was newly renovated, hotel was relatively clean.
Disliked: Parking was awful, and it’s $35 a night which was not disclosed. There is no parking garage, it’s a rundown lot next to it. We were charged an extra $100 without even knowing. Pool and “play area was messy dirty and cramped. Staff was rude.

I like the location but...

Liked: The property location is great but the facility is old and outdated.
Disliked: I requested during my booking for a quiet room and the room had no pets recently because I am allergic very bad with pets.They put me in a good floor but the first night was a night mare with a dog next room barking all night despited that I called and complained with the front desk 2 times.
