I’m very disappointed at the...

Liked: Everything was great until I was not told that I was going to pay for my parking and now I’m having to pay $90 dollars that was taken out my account without my permission or knowledge I was told free parking and only had to pay for valet very disappointed
Disliked: Parking hidden fees I was never told I had to pay by booking or at the property I’m very disappointed and would like a refund

Excellent

Liked: Clean, fantastic facilities with two clean pools and outdoor and indoors sports. Numerous places to eat. Rooms were spacious and well stocked with conveniences. Very close to Disney. Short Uber ride for $10. Don’t bother with the shuttle..
Disliked: Our room smelt of stale cigarettes smoke
