A pleasant place if you...
Liked: The location and overall facilities were good.
Disliked: The additional fees (for parking and resort usage) were unexpected, especially for us, not used to staying in resorts.

Great familu trip to relax...
Liked: It was quaint and cozy. Not very luxurious but enough to feel you are at a decent place. Oasis pool was great for kids. Service cameQuickly via texts. Not a huge ding but wish a bathroom was available at the pool. Otherwise have to walk quite a bit into the lobby to access restrooms all wet.
Disliked: The layout of all the facilities take time to get used to but second day started to gel. Bathroom at the pool will be nice. More ev chargers than twoWill be great.

Great family time
Liked: Beautiful property. We had a fabulous bay view. Great pool for kids with a water slide.

Disappointing
Liked: The hotel boasts a great location and the restaurant staff are friendly.
Disliked: The overall experience was disappointing. The interiors are outdated, the room had a musty odour, and cleanliness was severely lacking. Dusty carpets, unclean sheets, and a neglected bathroom made the stay uncomfortable. The shower was clogged, and despite bringing it to the reception's attention, we had to resolve it ourselves. The hotel feels cheap, which is inconsistent with the high price and this discrepancy between cost and quality was super disappointing.

Very good
Liked: The location was fantastic. It was close to the water and close to everything we needed.My 11 year old loved sleeping on the single pullout
Disliked: The rooms are a little older and all the extras are expensive. Also, they scolded families for eating takeout food on their patio late at night when no one was even using the patio.

Great location, staff is of...
Liked: The resort had an Independence Day bbq on the highest hill of its golf course which then overlooked the harbor for the fireworks. Together with the music it was an awesome experience and very well done!
