Liked: Loved the comfortable bed and size of the room! Liked having the sofa in the room, so you didn?t have to sit on the bed!
Disliked: Wish breakfast was included in the price of the room!

Liked: Underground parking during a snowstorm
Disliked: Window drafty room was cold shower leaking 3 days noroom service charge for parking

Liked: I liked just about everything, but nobody told me about breakfast or anything like that.I also like the front desk person that checked me in she was so professional
Disliked: I was woken before my alarm because of the noise coming from outside my window from construction workers on scaffolding or lift hammering away

Liked: Location was exactly what I needed
Disliked: The hotel was so dirty . When I told the front desk they said ok . I took photos to show them . For a 4 star hotel, it was completely inexcusable. Especially during COVID . Cleanliness should be first and most important.
