Hyatt Regency Milwaukee

Our room appeared pretty clean, but I was sneezing and getting very bad headaches every time we returned to the room. I couldn't sleep because I couldn't breath. I was miserable after only 15 minutes in the room. I didn't know why until we were packing to leave. I knocked a placard behind the TV stand and when reaching back to pick it up, I found everything behind the TV stand/dresser/refrigerator cabinet to be under a quarter inch of dust. This couldn't have been cleaned in year. I took pictures because it was so unbelievable. I truly have never seen something this dusty/dirty.

Liked: Location to Fiserv.
Disliked: Housekeeping.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Quick check in/out process. The room was very spacious and clean.

Liked: Easy check in; great location; clean room.

Excellent hotel staff at check in provided assistance for transportation to Summerfest. Friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Disliked: Restaurant service staff.

From the moment we arrived the employees were fabulous. Valet parking is so convenient (we even left our concert tickets in our glove box and they retrieved them for us). We had drinks in the bar before and after the concert and both bartenders were friendly and very nice. Our room was just beautiful and very clean. The front desk people make check in and out a breeze and room service was speedy with great tasting burgers! And it is only a few minutes walk to the Milwaukee Theater. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was OK as far as appearance; however, it sounded like a generator in the room next to us - a loud noise that you could not sleep through. The staff was friendly but could not give much information about Summerfest.

Disliked: Didn't get much sleep - it sounded like a generator in the room, constantly running until 4 or so in the morning. We stayed in room 829.

Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed on the 18th floor and our view of Milwaukee was beautiful. I loved that so many things were within walking distance, like the Riverwalk and very fun bar/restaurants.
Disliked: The parking situation was a bit confusing. We ended up having to pay an extra $10 for someone to park our vehicle for us since the hotel parking was occupied.

Disliked: Room was dirty.

Great service; great location; very good price.

Must likely will be back. Should put on the website about the shuttle arrangement the hotel has for transport to/from the airport.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff; bistro was very nice for dinner and breakfast. Room overall very nice. Good location.
Disliked: One of the free bottles of water had been opened slightly. Hotel shampoo and hair conditioner had been left in the shower from the previous guest. TV - some stations not too clear.
