Liked: Everything related to the room, was great. Location of the hotel is excellent. Breakfast was the best. We had a lower floor, but still the view of Chapultepec was good.
Disliked: We made reservation for (4) days and on the fourth day we extended our stay one additional day. We paid for this additional day through Booking.com. At check out. after I had already paid, my wife noticed that we were charged for the additional day and also we were charged for a restaurant bill that wasn't ours. They said they were going to take care of it and reimburse us for the double charge and the restaurant bill. I have not checked, but this shouldn't happened.

Overall very good with room...

Liked: Location is great, we visit this place often, unfortunately, there’s been changes in the main restaurant and staff needs to be trained to represent appropriately.
Disliked: Staff at the main restaurant, new hostess, new servers need training

Liked: It was convenient for me and comfortable in the city centre.
Disliked: Difficult to say, as my needs were provided and there are are a lot of options nearby restaurants and bars....
